Same Old, Same Old

In keeping with the Reverse Course post, we opted to do the Water Tower hike as our second hike of the day. As many will recall, we did Water Tower first back on September 16, 2025. No need to reprise the commentary, but here is the hike of the day. We took a little different return trail (next post). All in all, our hike entailed 5.6 km. (3 1/2 miles) and 79 m (259 feet) of elevation gain/loss. Here is the map, showing our route with pink arrows.

It was at this point, we decided to hike Trail 6 back, rather than return the way we had come. It turned out to be a good choice.
